Midwest trade work, one place
Find the Job. Win the Bid.
We watch hundreds of state, county, city and federal bid portals across the 12 Midwest states and put the bids in your trade in one feed, with a phone number or email for the agency on every one. Get them by email weekly or daily, post your own jobs for other members to bid on, and keep every dollar you win. Jobs & Bids takes no commission, cut or fee of any kind on the jobs you win or post, ever.
- No contract.Month to month or yearly, your choice. Cancel any time from Settings, and we email you 7 days before any renewal so a charge is never a surprise.
- No sales calls.Sign up on your own and see bids right away. Nobody calls you to close a deal, and there is no demo to sit through.
- No per-lead fees or add-ons.One flat price. Every bid in the feed is included, and you never pay per lead or to unlock a contact.
- No commission on your work.We take no cut or fee of any kind on the jobs you win or post. Every dollar of the work is yours.

Pro is for a contractor or a small crew: the whole feed across all 12 Midwest states, 7 days free to start. Enterprise puts the whole company on one bill. Here’s what each one includes. One job won from this feed pays for months of membership.
Jobs & Bids takes no commission, cut or fee of any kind on the jobs you win or post. You pay a flat membership and nothing more. Post a job on the member marketplace and you connect and contract directly. And on a public bid you win, we are not part of the contract at all. Every dollar of the work is yours.

Data accuracy
Some source platforms hide certain fields behind their own registration, and agencies don't always publish a contact or dollar value, so some cards show fewer details. When a field is published we deliver it; when it isn't, the card says so on the row itself rather than leaving a blank you have to guess at. More on data accuracy →
Billing & cancellation
Pro is $99.99/mo or $899/yr for 3 seats. The 7-day trial adds a card or bank account at secure checkout and becomes paid on day 7 unless you cancel first. Enterprise is $699.99/mo or $6,299/yr for 10 seats, with no trial, billed to the account owner. Extra seats are $29.99/seat/mo or $269.91/seat/yr; adding one charges the prorated amount right away, and removing one credits your next bill. Both plans renew until you cancel. Pay for a year and change your mind within 7 days of that payment, a first year or a renewal, and you get all of it back from Settings. Otherwise cancelling stops future renewals, the period you already paid for isn't refunded or pro-rated, and you (and on Enterprise, your whole team) keep access until it ends.
