What We Collect

• Account details: your name and email, to run your account and deliver bid digests
• Phone number: only if you provide it
• Matching preferences: trades, base ZIP, travel distance, project size, and any licenses or certifications you add, used to filter and rank the bids you see
• Profile & marketplace content: if you set up a public profile or use the member marketplace, the username, organization name, license number, and posted jobs you choose to provide
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe; full card numbers never reach our servers
• Security & usage data: IP address and browser/user-agent, used for sign-in, device limits, abuse prevention, and (when you post in the marketplace) to record your attestation

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing
• We do not use your personal information to train AI models

Your Rights & Contact

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, or to ask any other privacy question, please contact us. Deletion requests are confirmed and completed within 7 days.
