The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) on behalf of Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Michigan Air National Guard (MIANG), is requesting professional architectural and engineering services to perform Phase 100 Professional Services at the Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, Michigan. The intent of this selection process is to contract with a qualified firm to provide ad-hoc professional services for a study of the fire alarm systems base-wide. The scope includes detection devices, notification devices (alarms, speakers, strobes) and Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP) for 30+ facilities on base. Design Submittals: Complete design submittal package for each of the following milestones: • Phase 100, 50% draft study report for review • Phase 100, 90% draft study report for review • Phase 100, 100% final study report incorporating all comments DMVA has not determined a budget for construction of this project. Project Scope & Requirements: • Perform field survey to review/confirm existing systems and equipment.
