The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) on behalf of Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Michigan Air National Guard (MIANG), is requesting professional architectural and engineering services to perform Phase 300-500 Professional Services at the Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, Michigan. The intent of this selection process is to contract with a qualified firm to provide ad-hoc professional services to design a project to repair and/or replace roofing systems on 8 existing base facilities. All design submittals must incorporate and meet the requirements of ANGETL 24-02, ANG Design Objectives and Procedures. Design Submittal Phases: Complete design submittal package for each of the following phases/milestones: • Phase 300 (A-1, 15% Design Submittal) • Phase 300 (A-2, 35% Design Submittal) • Phase 400 (B-1, 65% Design Submittal) • Phase 500 (B-2, 100% Pre-Final Design Submittal) • Phase 500 (B-3, 100% Final Design) The list of buildings includes: 6900, 6901, 6911, 6913, 6917, 6922, 6923 and 7020.
