The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) on behalf of Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC), is requesting professional architectural and engineering services to perform Phase 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 Professional Services at the Green Oaks Training Center (GTC), Whitmore Lake, Michigan. The intent of this selection process is to contract with a qualified firm to provide ad-hoc professional services to design a project to add a facility equipment storage building. The building to house front end loader, two zero turn mowers, Bobcat, truck with salt spreader, other materials, etc. Minimum of 4 to 6 overhead doors, 12’ ceilings with 10’ high doors, concrete entrance slab, heated. Separated salt storage bay with hardened walls, non-heated, high ceiling and door. This design should include but not limited to site survey, building location analysis, soil borings/geotechnical analysis, electrical circuit capacity review, LARA review, etc. Phase 600 and 700 construction administration by the PSC will be required, and the PSC will participate in the contractor bidding and selection process. Provide a complete PSC proposal for all required Professional Architectural and Engineering Services in compliance with the State of Michigan, Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB)
