Williams ST #501, Athen, MI 49011 Sealed bids will be received until Tuesday, September 11, 2026, at 2:00 pm local time, at the Athens Area Administration Office / East Leroy Elementary 4320 K Drive, East Leroy, MI 49051, where they will be opened publicly and read aloud in the Administration Office. Late bids will not be accepted. All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship (or lack of a relationship) that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the Athens Area Schools or the Superintendent of the School District. The district shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized disclosure statement. AAS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in any bid and to award the bid(s) they deem in the best interest of AAS.
